Student Policies and Regulations
King Abdulaziz University seeks to provide a safe environment conducive to
personal and intellectual growth, and to promote respect and mutual trust in the
university community. Therefore, the university student regulations (rights and
responsibilities) was issued, and it is directed to all male and female students
(regular - external - distance learning) who study at King Abdulaziz University,
and all its staff who has a direct relationship with the male or female student.
The chart below summarizes the most important rights and duties of the student.
Student Rights

Student's Responsibilities
Every student is responsible for:

behaving in a positive manner and abiding by KAU policies and
Islamic laws, good social norms and traditions.
-adhering to
enter the university facilities calmly and regularly and refrain from smoking.
-dealing respectfully with faculty members, colleagues and all employees of the
university sectors
and not abuse by word or deed in any form.
-pledging the university's rules and regulations related to exam performance.
-Committing to
the ethics of scientific research and the professional integrity of the research
in which it participates.

containing other students, the faculty and University officials in its various
