First: The Admissions Unit

Admission to graduate Studies programs (higher diploma, various types of Master's, and Ph.D.)
2. Providing academic guidance
Second: Academic Systems and Affairs and Follow-up Unit
1. Establishing sections for courses and filling them
2. Receiving and studying the special applications of academic affairs (deferment, omitting courses, additional chances, amending marks)
3. Inputting and updating female students data and supplementary courses
4. Examining transfer applications from a program to another within the university
5. Presenting reports of female students who are on missions to the King Abdulaziz University at various graduate studies programs
6. Executing the procedures of withdrawal automatically
7.
Providing the Female Graduates Unit with names of female students who ready for thesis defense
Third:
The Academic Research Committee
1. Receiving the sponsorship applications of the graduate female students academic research
2. Studying the questionnaires of the graduate studies female students from inside and outside the university
3. Following up with questionnaires (from inside and outside the university) and sending them to students upon filling them
4. The secretariat of the advisory committee of female students
5. Missions and training through the tasks of members on the permanent committee of missions, training, and joint supervision
Fourth: The Female Graduates Unit
1. Receiving the list of expected female graduates and making sure they have completed the requirements of graduation
2. Executing the procedures of the 'Release forms' for the female graduates automatically
3. Handing over the documents and mark
transcrept to female graduates
4. The secretarial tasks of the deanship's management meetings
