Replacement Diploma- Change of Personal Information

Procedures for obtaining a replacement diploma or details modification
First: Replacement diploma
Application g for a replacement diploma according to the (request form)
A copy of the national identity card
A copy of the passport if the required modification is in the English language
Paying SR 100 to the Students Fund
Submission of the request form, or sending it by email: malssraji@kau.edu.sa
After being issued , graduation diplomas can be sent to students via Saudi Mail so there is no need to pick them up in person. The steps to receive your diploma by mail are listed below.
Second: Modification of the details of the graduation diploma:
Application for details modification (request form)
In case of name modification, a letter from Civil Affairs is required.
A copy of the passport, if the modification includes the name of the student in the English language
A letter from the student’s college, if the modification is in his minor specialisation.
A payment of SR 100 to the Students Fund
After being issued , graduation diplomas can be sent to students via Saudi Post, so there is no need for them to come in person to collect their diplomas. The steps to receive your diploma by mail are listed below.
Third: Sending graduation diplomas via Saudi Post :
An application for receiving the graduation diploma by Saudi Post through the diploma ordering webpage.
A detailed address is required (city, district, street, mobile number)
A payment of SR 100 to the Students Fund sent along with the invoice
A copy of the applicant’s national identity card
Fourth: Printing of an additional student transcript
A payment of SR 20 to the Students Fund
