Abstract : Administrative control, in the present time, is essential for administrative operation. It is considered as the heart of administrative operation in general whether it is public or private. This research aims to achieve the following targets: 1) Clarifying the impact of faith in Islam upon administrative control. 2) Clarifying the differences between Islamic and secular approach in the field of administrative control. 3) Clarifying the practice of administrative control in the early Islamic state with more effectiveness. To achieve the above mentioned goals, the first section of this research was a literature review of the contemporary ideas of administrative control. The second part discussed the topic through the directives of the major sources of Islam (Quran and Sunnah) and their applications in the Islamic history. Finally, the last section concludes with the differences and similarities between the Islamic and secular perceptions of administrative control.
