Abstract : The main aim of this paper is to through some high lights of three main dimensions of TQM to be utilized in the public and private organizations. First, it analyses TQM models, it presents TQM elements and principles, it shows the pr6blems that face TQM implementations in Arab organizations. In the first part the paper review the TQM literatures; the second part presents the TQM models. Analyzing the principles and elements of TOM are drawn in the third part. The fourth part discusses the problems that face TOM applications in the organizations. The final results and the recommendations are shown in last fifth part.
