Abstract : Abstract Botonical extracts of Lupinus termis Forssk and Allium sativum L. were tested to evaluate the effects at different dosages of 20, 40, 60 and 80 ppm. synergized with surfactants ( Tween 80 and Triton X-20 ) at dosage of 40 ppm. on some biochemical aspects of Musca domestica L. treated as early 3rd larval instar. Results revealed that the mean value of the total haemolymph and fat body protein was reduced and alcoholic plant extracts synergized with surfactants were significantly ( p<0.05) decreased as compared with the untreated group. On the other hand, topical application of plant extracts synergized with surfactants induced highly significant increase in the concentration of the total haemolymph and fat body carbohydrate and lipids contents.
