Abstract : Because of the modern and fast lifestyle the consumption of Fast Food has increased around the word because it is a good and available selection all the time. The study shows that Fast Foods I induces to weight gain and insulin resistance , studies confirm the close relationship between fast food and obesity, diabetes, heart and blood vessels disease , high blood pressure and cholesterol. Thus way this study highlighted the effect of fried chicken Kentucky (KFC) and its impact on liver as the liver is responsible of Lists of fat metabolism the effectiveness of these plant extracts (Tamarind-Pineapple-Grapefruit) To find out the therapeutic effect on liver tissue and its weight also on the body weight. It was found that eating KFC daily had a severe impact damage to the liver where it was Observed the presence of oily droplets and prevalence in the tissue all so we notes a cytoplasmic filtration and a rise in the weights of rats and high levels of blood cholesterol as well . The treatment extracts groups observed improvement in liver tissue and is free of fat clearly, especially in the two group of tamarind and pineapple also show lower weights and moderation as compared to KFC also observed a decrease in cholesterol levels in the blood, especially in grapefruit group, as they were valuable statistical results significant and clear It conclusion from this study that the plant extracts has the ability to improve the infected tissue and to treat high cholesterol in the blood without damaging the tissue or the body however that fast-food especially fried one has the ability to harm the tissue and the body to . So the community should avoid this kind of food as much as possible to remain healthy and strong .
