Abstract
:
The agile software development methods have demonstrated success in increasing responsiveness to the needs of customers. So the most of software industry preferred the agile methods. These methods have increased demand by the companies, but agile is not suited for large organizations having multiple teams. It is also silent about its implementation on a long term basis. Because the software industry is a knowledge intensive industry. Therefore, there is also a need to create learning opportunities and knowledge sharing activities along with agile implementation. These are very important aspects of an organization to sustain itself in this ever changing, competitive and economically stressed environment. For that, to become the norm for a large and complex project a new adaptive agile framework is proposed. The heart of this framework is to integrate the agile into the organization policy for a transition to agile and the rotational learning of leadership. In order to integrate the agile into organization policy for long term basis, it is embedded in strategic management documents. These documents provide the proper clarity, transparency, ownership and long term implementation of agile. Then the cross functional agile team is changed by introducing the learner to accommodate rotational learning for leadership. Consequently the proposed framework will help to achieve long-term organizational and learning of agile teams and help to increase the employee motivation and satisfaction by improving their skill. Thus the organizations will have success in sustaining their team and increasing its productivity. Ultimately leading an organization to obtain the status of market leader.
