Abstract : Ecological systems based models are very important and widely used in different domains. For example, such climate models are used for the prediction of precipitation in coming years. Agent-based model is useful to support such prediction. On other hand, the agent is considered a vital element in the ecological models, where it is working autonomously that means actions and internal state of it can be controlled to achieve the predictable goals. Also, the agent can share with other agents an environment through interactions and communication interface. Moreover, it can make decisions that bind behavior to the environment. This research is divide mainly in three phases to explain the effect of different interaction types of species i.e.: extension of existing model with two species, homogeneous interaction with 3 species and heterogeneous interaction with 3 species. In addition, each one of these phases applies three modules starting from developing a computational model, then making it agent based adaptive model to use for a Decision Support System (DSS) in a controlled environment. In this study we will focus on the interaction types i.e. symbiosis, competition and parasitism.
