Abstract : This research presents the most significant classifications related to monotheism in worship according to Sheikh Ibn Othaymeen and it establishes these classifications based on his sayings in addition to presenting his evidence and the sayings of dissenting parties، if existed، together with refuting their claims. The Sheikh's objective of these classifications is to refute the claims of dissenting parties and state the sayings of the scholars in order to establish the creed of the People of Sunnah and Community. The research contained an introduction، preface، four chapters and conclusion. In the Preface، I presented a brief biography of Ibn Othaymeen. Chapter One: the concept of the classifications، their significance، evidence on the classifications of creed according to Ibn Othaymeen and the methodology adopted by him. As for Chapter Two، I mentioned the classifications of monotheism and their evidence according to Ibn Othaymeen. I also reviewed the most important doubts related to the classifications that are stated by the People of Sunnah and the Sheikh's refutation of the classifications presented by dissenting parties. Chapter Three is a review of significant classifications related to spiritual worships and that of practical ones (sayings and actions). Chapter Four: a discussion of significant classifications related to what is contrary to monotheism in worship، the classification of innovation in religion into good and bad، and the Sheikh's refutation of doubts related to this classification. In the Conclusion are key results to which I have reached; they are: • The classification of monotheism on Ibn Othaymeen’s view، as regards its well-known، various considerations، according to the People of Sunnah and Community، is not an invented one because it is a clarification of the classifications mentioned in the Quran and Sunnah without addition or denial. • The relationship between all three types of monotheism is a complementary one; it is not accepted to drop any classification of them.The impact of dropping monotheism in worship from the three classifications is a clear indication of falling into unbelief and polytheism، and the dropping of worships and religious duties by negating commands and interdictions، promises and warnings • The classifications of creed have an impact in the eruption of creed differences among the People of Sunnah and dissenting parties، such as a creed difference in the concept of monotheism and its classifications، the concept of unbelief and its classifications and the correct concept of innovation in religion. •
