Abstract : The pesticides are considered one of the most important factors affecting the physiological organisms and the survival and health, therefore ensure this research study to the effects of some of these toxic pesticides and of pesticide Pyrethroid "Cyhalothrin" as well as the preventive role of folic acid as an antioxidant and its role in reducing the toxic effects of this pesticide, where they were in this study exposing male mice to different doses of the pesticide (high and low) in two separate groups. Also treated to two other groups the same dose, but this time with folic acid to give it. While in another group were given folic acid only. Was chosen another group to represent the control group, was selected male albino rats of Mice strain (MF1) for testing them and record the most important toxic effects of the pesticide as well as the preventive role of folic acid and compared the results similar to a folic control group and then link other studies in the same field. Has been reached that the pesticide Cyhalothrin has many negative effects that have emerged from the start of dosing until stage histological examination has been a lower rate of increase in the weights mice, Lower in weight and a deterioration in public health at the other led to the death, as noted at the histological examination of the gelding mice laceration evident in tissue cells and the death and the emergence of voids and cavities and inflation in the member, but these effects lower or vanished in the groups that received the processor with the pesticide, and generally increased weights and improved general health of the mice that received only folic acid compared to control group. This research confirmed that the steady increase in the indiscriminate use of pesticides on farms and homes Arabia, have a clear impact on the environment and therefore the impact on human directly or indirectly.
