Abstract : This study was carried out to analyses well water in seven regions, Hagr, Mugeniah, El-Nowabi, Rabig, El-Abwai, Mustoora and Kolia, which lie along Valleys that discharge in the Ked Sea water in the western region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The aim of the study was to evaluated and determine whether the water of these wells is suitable for drinking and use in agriculture. The study included the physical characteristics, (odour, taste, colow), the chemical characteristics ( , , turbidity, total hardness, , , , , ), the macro-elements ( , , , , , ), the leavy metals ( , , , , , ), the toxic metals ( , , , , , , , , , , , , .It also included the microbiological of the total coliform bacteria (TCB) and the faucal bacteria (FCB). The results showed that all wells of Hagr region and five of Mugeniah and some of El-Nowabi have clean water suitable for drinking and use in agricultural activities, because the concentrations of all the studied characteristics of the water these wells were below the permissible salves suggested by the local and international bodies. Consequently the water of the wells of Mustorrah, then Rabig, than El-Abwa and Kolia were contaminated and can not be used for drinking or in agriculture. As for the blood constituets of the infected rate there were reduction in the enzyme, AST, ALT, ALP, and TRIG, with increases in the total protein (TP), HDLC, LDLC, CHOL, GLU, BUN and care in the blood Regarding the blood constituents of the mice given the bacterial contaminated water , the result showed reduction in the levels of the enzyme, AST, ALT, ALP and in TRIG, and increases in the total protein (TP), HDLC, LDLC, CHOL, GLU, BU and CREA in the blood. The liver histological sections of mice infected well water contaminated with medium and high bacteria doses showed sytoplasmic vacuolization and granulation, aggragation of unclear margination, swollen hepatocytes, disappearance of most of the sinusoids, appearance of irregular intercellular areas, degeneration of som cells. As for the Kidney showed increase in cell size , dilation and necrosis of the epithelial cells of the proximad and the distal tubules, enlargement of the glomerulus, increase of nuclic, and nulear margination.
