Abstract : The present study deals with the effect of the yellow scorpion Leiurus quinquestriatus venom on cardiac and skeletal muscle in mice. Animals were divided into two groups as follows: Group A: control group; and Group B: which was divided into three groups injected with a dose of (0.03 mg / kg) of scorpion venom. The first group was left for 3 hours before autopsy; the second group was left for 6 hours before autopsy and the third group was left for 9 hours before autopsy.
