Abstract : The Knowledge and its Management has become, in the light of the contemporary reality characteristics, a very important subject in the performance fields generally and in facing crises and changes particularly. In this context, the study aimed to monitor Knowledge Management practices reality in Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), to know how the administrative leaderships concern to apply it, to show the effects of Management practices reality on the crises that Saudi Electricity Company suffered. The study had been applied on Saudi Electricity Company in its main administration. The sample of final application of the study formed from (157) persons. The study used the method of case study as to obtain good results. While collecting data, the study depends on a group of tools including questionnaire and meeting. The study concluded that there is a relation between Knowledge Management practices and each stage of crises management. The study concluded points that the administrative leaderships' awareness with Knowledge Management practices was generally very high. The study presents a frame explaining the manner through which it can be possible to benefit from the Knowledge practices in each stage of crisis management. The study recommended some recommendations including: Taking care of Knowledge organizing, developing storage operations and its related mechanisms, interesting in implicitness Knowledge documenting, enforcing Knowledge transferring and sharing operations, reconsidering and updating the company's organizational structure, interesting in functional rotation.
