Abstract : This Study aimed at identifying the patterns of crimes committed by the Non-Saudi women in Jeddah General Prison, revealing the geographical distribution of these crimes and the locations of the perpetrators of the crimes in an attempt to explain the factors behind this distribution. In addition, identifying the characteristics of the journey to commit a crime and analyzing the social and economic characteristics of the Non-Saudi women offenders in Jeddah General Prison. This study also dealt with the crimes of Non-Saudi women offenders in Jeddah General Prison in terms of their general characteristics, pattern, geographic distribution and reasons of committing such a crime. This study was applied to the inmates of Jeddah's general prison of Non-Saudi women in 1436 AH in Jeddah as per a comprehensive survey method by using the descriptive-deductive approach. The questionnaire was distributed to all the Non-Saudi inmates in Jeddah General Prison. The researcher developed 15 questions to achieve the objectives of her study. The main Findings of this study included the following: Most Non-Saudi women offenders were divorced, workers and young aged. The moral crimes were the most prominent in that category and that the most crimes occurred near the residence of the Non-Saudi women offenders. The distance traveled to reach the crime site was usually less than (1 kilometer). Most of the criminal activity committed by this category took place in the university district.
