A number of recommendations have been recommended by the researcher such as: Persuading the competitors to largely construct buildings and apartment hotels which guarantee competition. Moreover, this will increase the supply and consequently reduce rent fees. However, this change came due to the lack of tourists' accommodation in Al-Taif city. The researcher also recommends caring about the marketing of legacy and cultural heritage which will touristically benefit the kingdom according to the national vision of 2030.
