Abstract : This research discusses and focuses on revealing the Zaidiyyah (Zaidism) by studying the dogmatic thoughts of Majd Addin Muaayedi - Imam of contemporary Zaidiyyah and its Marja' "religious reference"- by identifying Zaidiyyah, its sects and beliefs. The research contains two chapters. The first chapter identifies Majd Addin Muaayedi and his scientific and political life. The second chapter reveals his dogmatic and verbal thoughts, replying on him in the view of Sunnah and Jama'ah, and shows his attitude towards Imamah and Sahabah (companions of the Prophet) and his attitude towards those who opposed. At the end we mention the results which the researcher reached to and his recommendations using the analytical, inductive and deductive methods.
