This study dealt with censorship on appointment decisions in public jobs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, by examining administrative and judicial oversight and without touching on other types of oversight, through an analysis of Saudi regulations for public jobs, which are specialized in administrative and judicial oversight, and the problem with this study was centered on In, that the right to appointment to public office is the right of all citizens and is one of the most important decisions issued by the public administration, but this decision is restricted by conditions and methods that must be followed, therefore this decision is subject to administrative control by the competent administrative authorities And judicial oversight of the administrative judiciary, in order to access to the statement of the legal system of the right of appointment in the Kingdom, and the statement of the competent authorities control the appointment decisions in public office in the Kingdom, and what are the limits of these two types of control.
To reach these goals, we divided this study into an introductory chapter in which we touched on the appointment to public office, then after that in the first chapter we dealt with the first type of oversight that we will talk about in this study, so in this chapter we touched on: Administrative oversight of appointment decisions in public positions Then, in the second semester, we touched on the second type of oversight that we will address in this study and protected judicial oversight by the administrative judiciary over administrative decisions, the most important of which is the appointment decision, so we presented in the second chapter.
In conclusion: Because of the importance of the public position, for individuals and public administrations, the best and competent should be appointed to occupy this public position, and the administrative authorities and the administrative judiciary monitor this in order for the appropriate persons to be appointed for that.
Among the most important results that we reached in this study: Judicial oversight is the best type of oversight, because of its integrity, impartiality and protection for individuals from arbitrary management.
Among the most important recommendations in this study: The researcher recommends the researchers to address the issue of administrative control, and judicial control over administrative decisions, due to the importance of this topic and the lack of references and literature on this topic. |
