Abstract : Subject of my thesis is: a study of models of authorship curricula in the literature of the judiciary in the four religious schools of the Islamic Jurisprudence, explaining the approach used in each classification in terms of: arrangement of the book, the approach to reasoning, the use of jurisprudential and fundamentalist rules - if any - the method of deduction, judicial applications, features of Each book, by extrapolating and studying these books. In every school, I chose the most important books, taking into account the diversity in presentation and time, and the breadth and narrowness of composition, in every school. The study is divided into six chapters: - I started with an introductory chapter with a brief summary on the literature of the judiciary in the schools, and the characteristics of each school. The Second Chapter: Judiciary books on the Hanafi school. The Third Chapter: Judiciary books in the Maliki school. The Fourth Chapter: Judiciary books on Shafii school. The Fifth Chapter: Judicial books on the Hanbali school. The Sixth Chapter: to balance between the curricula of jurists in the books of the judiciary in the four schools; similarities and dissimilarities. The Conclusion: The topic of literature of the judiciary is one of the most important topics that have been written in the science of justice in the history of Islam, and scholars have dealt with them (collecting and investigating) in all different schools. Recommendations: The judges are recommended to take care of literature of the judiciary books. The investigators are also recommended to initiate the collection of treasures and judicial applications in those books.
