Abstract : Theoretical Study includes an introduction of Imam Al-Naisapori, in addition to an overview of his book, " GHARA IB AL-QUR AN WA-RAGHA IBAL-FURQAN " The writer Introduced Imam Al-Zamakhshari, and an overview of his Book " AI-KASHAAF ". The study included meaning of tailings, language and terminolgy, and its forms to Al-Naisapori. The Applied Study Which includes the tailings Of Imam Al- Naisapori to Imam Al-Zamakhshari, throughout the whole Qur'an, arranged in the order of the Qur'an. Conclusion: It included the most important findings and recommendations, and one of the most important findings was: Al- Naisapori is well versed in readings, and has a strong and affirmed approach. He doesn't count insignificant readings and judge the validity of frequent quartile readings. He is a Muslim Sunni scholar who is far from being a Shi'a, no matter how he is thrown, but on the method of Al-Ashaera. The most important recommendations are: - To direct readings at Nisapuri through his interpretation (GHARA IB AL-QUR AN), and more studies about the great interpretation.
