Abstract : This research aims to design an educational unit based on Blended Learning to acquire the basic knowledge and skills of clothing sewing techniques and measures its effectiveness . Also, it aims to improve the female students' performance by using teaching strategies that compatible with skills of (21^st) century and modern theories in learning. The research aims to measure the attitude of the female students towards the proposed educational unit. The research utilized the descriptive methodology and experimental methodology. To answer the research questions and to verify its hypotheses, the research used both achievement (cognitive) and skill performance tests (per/post), the estimation scale (per/post) to correct the skill performance test and the note card (per/post) to observe the female students during the skill performance. The research results prove the effectiveness of the proposed educational unit which based on Blended Learning in raising the level of knowledge and skill of the female students, as well as the formation of a positive attitude among the female students towards the proposed educational unit and the followed strategy. The research recommends the inclusion of E-Learning bags as an essential part of teaching courses in specialized colleges.
