Abstract |
: |
Study Approach: Tracking Al-Aqili's historical Writing and looking for his application to the historical research method. This study considered approach and methods of Al-Aqili's historical writing. In addition, this study looking for the historical method he followed and the way he documented the scientific material and show the observations on it. However, the study looked for the negative aspects that should be cautioned when referring to it.
Study goals: The study goal is to identify the scientific personality of Al-Aqili through the study of his upbringing and his scientific composition. Also, this study looking for how that influenced his approach and methods in historical blogging. Also, this study clarify the approach of Al-Aqili in historical research with more detail for benefit to researchers specialized in modern history and draw their attention. This study gives researchers opportunity to benefit from his writings better and know the sources from which al-Aqili derived his scientific material.
Introduction: Included the reasons for the choice of the topic, its importance, the reasons for its selection, previous studies, the research methodology and the most important sources and references used.
Entrance: The study dealt with a presentation of al-Aqili's life, books, articles, birth, lineage, the tasks he took, and his death.
Chapter 1: Entitled with "Al-Aqili's books and articles." The title with two parts, books, and articles, so the researcher studied al-Aqili's historical books and statement was made of the contents the reasons of each book. Then the researcher organized (Bibliographic) at the end of the chapter with al-Aqili's articles according to the index of the National Library of King Fahd.
Chapter 2: Entitled with "The approach of Al-Aqili in historical blogging and Investigation." The researcher clarify al-Aqili's approach in local blogging, explained his method of writing translations, and his approach to achieving manuscripts like his achievement of the Nafeh al-Oud manuscript.
Chapter 3: Entitled with "The resources of Al-Aqili in the historical blooging and his methodology to use them." This chapter was studied four of al-Aqili's books. The researcher showed al-Aqili's books oral, sources, and references. Also the researcher put a brief summary of the author of each resource. Then the researcher explained other resources mentioned by Al-Aqili in his writings of documents that contemporary event and their viewing. After that, the researcher clears up the approach of Al-Aqili approach in the use of the sources and the methods of transporting them.
Chapter 4: Entitled with "The evaluation of al-Aqili's approach in historical blogging". Which the researcher touched on the way of al-Aqili's historical criticism of novels, men, and books. Then the researcher clarify the extent of al-Aqeel's neutrality and objectivity. In addition to that , this chapter mentions Al-Aqili's stile of presenting historical novels. The chapter identified the scientific disadvantages of Al-Aqili. Also, The researcher mentioned the scholars' praise on Al-Aqili and his works. Then the chapter discussed the effects of Al-Aqili's writings on the later writings.
The conclusion: Here are the most important findings of the researcher, which are highlighted al-Aqili's status as a historian, and the need for further research about al-Aqili's writings. Also, the researcher suggested for further research the need of more care about Al-Aqili books and articles, print them in a modern way for the benefit of other historians, researchers, and readers. |
