Abstract |

This study aims to shed light on the biography of Sheikh Abdul Qadir Bin Badran and narrative of his news, biography and acts. It further aims to demonstrate his beliefs about faith and judge such viewpoints and sayings in alignment with the fundamentals and principles of followers of Sunnah and Jama’ah. To this aim, the researcher employed the critical inductive approach to induce the books compiled by Sheikh Abdul Qadir Bin Badran at hand in order to infer his viewpoints and stances towards the issue of Monotheism and Faith – in addition to being displayed, analyzed, evaluated and criticized in alignment with the approach of followers of Sunnah and Jama’ah. This study includes an introduction, three chapters and conclusion.
In Introduction, the researcher provided the most significant motives to investigate the subject matter, methodology of the study and the study plan.
Chapter I is concerned with Sheikh Abdul Qadir Bin Badran and his approach in the creed / doctrine. Chapter II shed light on the viewpoints of Sheikh Abdul Qadir Bin Badran in faith as it started with definition of faith, and the rank of deeds in terms of faith, together with faith-related issues, and the approach adopted by Sheikh Bin Badran towards so. Chapter III cast light on the viewpoints of Sheikh Bin Badran in terms of monotheism as it started with definition of monotheism, demonstration of faith and conviction of ALLAH, together with the mental evidence proving the existence of ALLAH. It further tackled the faith, monotheism, divinity, names and characteristics, together with the approach adopted by Sheikh Bin Badran in each and every aspect. Then, the study concluded with findings and recommendations. |
