Abstract : The study aimed to evaluate the efficiency of the provided educational services in boys' schools in Teiba sub-municipality of Jeddah city and compare it with the schematic standards for education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In its approach, the study relied on the descriptive and analytical method, where the researcher conducted a comprehensive survey of all schools in the study area with the aim of locating schools and providing data on the number of students, teachers and classes, also the study used the questionnaire to measure the extent of satisfaction with educational services from the viewpoint of students and their parents. The study sample reached (355) students from schools in the study area, who were chosen by the stratified sample method, and 15% of the student sample size was chosen to be for student's parents, the sample size was (54) parent , depends in their selection on the method of dependable sample. The statistical treatment was carried out by using the Statistical Package Social Sciences (SPSS) to analyze study data and the use of the geographic Information Systems Program (ARCGIS 10.5) in producing maps showing the results of the study, the results of the study showed that there is a contrast in the standards of efficiency of educational services in terms of the area standard, the distance standard, and the density criterion in the study of the schools area compared to the planning standards for education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as it was found that the geographical distribution of government schools in the study area is not balanced between neighborhoods, as neighborhoods enjoy service and others are deprived, and the results also showed that 67% of government school buildings in the study area are rented buildings that have been designed and built as residential buildings, and with regard to the level of general satisfaction of students and their parents with the level of educational services provided to them, it was average. And the study recommended reconsidering the distribution of schools sites within residential neighborhoods according to schematic standards to meet the population’s need of this service in order to achieve their efficiency function and work on the applying of schematic standards and determining the size of future needs according to urban growth trends and population growth rates.
