Abstract : In the present study the synthesis of easily separable solid base catalysts based on hydrotalcite (Mg-Fe LDH, Cu-Mg-Fe LDH, Co-Mg-Fe LDH and Ni-Mg-Fe LDH). A simple generic and efficient protocol was used for the preparation of catalysts, where the catalyst was irradiated with ultrasound during the co-precipitation process. All the synthesized catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), CO2 temperature-programmed desorption (CO2-TPD), fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), N2 physisorption (BET) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Utilization in synthesis of novel pyrazole derivatives via 1,3-dipolarcycloaddition strategy under ultrasonic irradiation in cyclopentyl methyl ether (CPME) solvent. The catalyst will be magnetically/mechanically separated and reused several times. The green aspect in this issue not only for the using of environmentally benign catalysts, but also for utilizing some other green chemistry tools such as ultrasonic and comparing the obtained results by the conventional methods. The obtained results revealed that all the synthesized catalysts showed catalytic efficiency towards the formation of synthesis of novel pyrazole derivatives in acceptable yield. Utilizing ultrasonic irradiation derived to achieve the reaction in very short reaction time with better yield in comparison to the conventional method. Ni-Mg-Fe LDH exhibits superiority over other LDH catalyst tested that provides high yield reach 98% and the re-use of the catalysts over six periods of time. The utilization of solid recoverable magnetic hydrotalcite catalyst is the sustainable pathway to get novel pyrazole derivatives which are considered important novel derivatives for medicinal chemists. This work opens new horizons for such reactions in a safe and environmentally friendly solvent, avoiding the dangerous effects of non-polar volatile solvents and the disadvantages of solvent-free reactions. Keywords: 1,3-Dipolar cycloaddition reaction, Pyrazoles derivatives, Coprecipitation, Ni-Mg-Fe LDH, Ultrasound irradiation.
