Abstract : This study aimed to explore the role of a mixed working environment on the performance of women working in the public sector in the Asir region، the study examined working women in the different governmental offices in the Asir region. The independent variable، which is the mixed environment with its different dimensions such as (the administrative and financial environment، the social and familial conditions، the economical situation، and the psychological state). The dependent variable was the performance of the working woman. To reach the studys goal، the analytical descriptive approach was used to design a survey to measure these variables. The survey contained 31 statements and the study community was 169 vocabulary. The sample for this study was 113 vocabulary، and the survey was tested for its validity and reliability. The study reached many findings among them: there is a positive correlation between the financial environment and the working womans performance with a correlation coefficient (B=0.86). There is a correlation between the economical state and working in mixed environment which positively affects womens performance with a correlation coefficient (B=0.83) ، there is also a positive correlation between the male leadership in the administrative environment and Womens performance at (B=0.85). There is a correlation between the epistemological environment while working in a mixed working environment which positively affected the variable with a (B=0.89) correlation coefficient. There is a positive correlation between the facilitated communication with the administration and the improvement of womens performance with a correlation coefficient (B=0.76). There is also a positive correlation between the ease of administrative procedures and performance with a correlation coefficient (B=0.87). In the light of these findings، the researcher made some recommendations to improve the working conditions in mixed working environments in governmental offices.
