Abstract : The study focused on the topic of knowledge integration as an important topic that has imposed itself strongly in academic studies, and current and future practices. Leading to the activation of many important aspects of knowledge management tasks in institutions around the world, the study has sought to provide various solutions to support knowledge management applications in organizations or between relevant entities aiming to present a proposed model consisting of a framework for the integration of knowledge between the relevant stockholders involved in the support, protection and care for children as enforced by the government within the framework of family affairs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To reach the study goal, the concept of knowledge integration and the factors affecting it are identified in addition to the stakeholders associated with child support, protection and care within the framework of family affairs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The concept of knowledge integration is clarified in the study, and how it can support child care in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The challenges facing the stakeholders which are related to child protection in achieving knowledge integration are explored as well. Through the application of the content analysis approach to analyze studies, documents, laws & legislations and relevant models, this study has provided a rich theoretical framework that contributed to the achievement of its objectives. Furthermore, through the multi-case study approach, the stakeholders are studied and their websites are analyzed. Personal interviews with representatives of important stakeholders were conducted to gain in-depth understanding of all aspects related to the study. The study concluded with an introduction of a suggested model of knowledge integration that supports the entities involved in child protection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It has recommended further support to the integration of knowledge among the entities involved in child protection, and raising awareness of the importance of the concept of knowledge integration and enabling its application.
