Abstract : This study aims to reveal the reality of sharing knowledge’s practice among academic leaders at King Abdul-Aziz University, and the obstacles facing academic leaders in sharing knowledge, in addition to identify the applications of artificial intelligence innovations that may contribute to developing of knowledge sharing among academic leaders at King Abdul-Aziz University, and to determine the link between the knowledge sharing process for academic leaders and artificial intelligence techniques according to the strategic direction, ending with a proposed model for developing knowledge sharing among academic leaders at King Abdul-Aziz University. in light of using artificial intelligence innovations applications. The current study followed the survey and descriptive approach using case study technique on King Abdul-Aziz University, study sample was selected from (330) academic leaders, and data was collected using the questionnaire tool. The study came out with a set of results, the most important of it: There is a strong link between the knowledge sharing process of educational leaders and artificial intelligence techniques, Enabling the educational leadership to exchange and share the knowledge at a very large rate. A proposed model for developing knowledge sharing according to the innovations of (AI) artificial intelligence, and the Proposed model includes three levels: The first Level: Automated, The second level: Communication with the innovations of AI, The third level: direct human intervention. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of it: applying the proposed model presented by the study to develop knowledge sharing among leaders at King Abdul-Aziz University. The importance to realistically recruit the artificial intelligence techniques on models within the faculties of King Abdelaziz University to achieve knowledge sharing among its members.
