Abstract : Using the researcher's descriptive survey method, the study aims to identify the degree of practices of early childhood school principals for digital skills for the twenty-first century in the city of Taif. The research sample included all of the study population's (82) principals of early childhood schools in Taif, who were chosen using a comprehensive inventory. The data was collected from 30 items by questionnaire, and the results were descriptively and quantitatively analyzed using frequencies, percentages, arithmetic averages, and standard deviations. The T-test and one-way analysis of variance (Anova) were also used for independent samples. The findings revealed that: the degree of practice of early childhood school principals in information culture skills for the twenty-first century was generally within the degree of practice (very large), which averaged (4.26).The degree of practice of early childhood school principals in media culture skills for the twenty-first century in Taif was generally within the degree of practice (very large), which averaged (4.35), and the degree of practice of early childhood school principals in ICT culture skills for the twenty-first century was generally within the degree of practice (large), which averaged (4.17). and There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) or less between the degrees of practice of early childhood directors in the city of Taif for the dimensions of digital skills for the twenty-first century, or for digital skills as a whole, due to the variable of training courses and the educational qualification variable, and the experience years variable. At the conclusion of this study, the researcher made several recommendations, including: Constant encouragement of school leaders to professional and cognitive growth in terms of acquiring digital skills for the twenty-first century, and provision of material and financial resources.
