Abstract : Many countries seek to benefit from environmental and animal waste and use it as a source of energy and other industries. Sheep are among the most important livestock in the Arab world, as the number of sheep in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is estimated to be about 9,396,449, according to the statistics of the Ministry of Statistics General Agricultural Census (2018). The northern region is considered one of the regions of the Kingdom most interested in breeding sheep of the Al-Nuaimi breed, which is characterized by thick and long wool that covers its entire body. The wool is usually sheared from one to two times annually, leaving hundreds of tons of raw wool disposed in the valleys or burned. From this standpoint, the idea of this study emerged to investigate the possibility of designing and operating a production line for sustainable clothing using wasted animal raw materials in the northern region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which is in a dire need of a such product to protect against the very cold winter in an attempt by the researcher to keep pace with the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030, which aspires to preserve the environment, enhance the concept of sustainability to transform the Kingdom into a leading industrial power among the competitive countries. The significance of the study lies in the researcher's vision to benefit from raw wool from an industrial perspective that can be applied on the ground and in mass production. The study procedures were divided into several consecutive phases (1) surveying the opinion of some livestock owners in the northern region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (2) shearing and collecting wool (3) conducting tests on wool hairs (4) washing the wool, (5) carding and stripping stage ( 6) dyeing and spinning (7) weaving (8) conducting textile tests (9) implementing the product in order to achieve the third objective of the study, which is "producing sustainable clothing from woolen textiles that are taken from wasted sheep’s wool, and finally (10) evaluating the final product. An approximate statistic was made of the annual domestic or national output of woolen fabric manufactured from wasted sheep’s wool of the Al-Nuaimi breed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The researcher was also able to identify the best methods used in the sustainable mass production of woolen clothes and the use of environmentally safe materials and techniques during the stage of spinning and weaving clothes, and finally provide some realistic and applicable scientific solutions and suggestions. The results showed that the annual output of the wasted wool of Saudi sheep of the breed of Al-Nuaimi is enough to establish a textile factory. key words: Production line, sustainability, sustainable clothing, Naimi sheep wool, wasted animal raw materials
