Abstract : The study aims at clarifying the types of royal dining tables، describing their features، clarifying their private and public names، the types of known foods، the places for cooking، the recipe، and the etiquette of eating. It also aims at demonstrating the impact of these on the Mamluke Era from various aspects: religious، political، economic، and social. The study consists of: an introduction، preface، three chapters. And Conclusion The Introduction deals with the reasons for selecting this topic, the problem، pre-studies، the methodology, the boundairies of the research, the difficulties that researcher faced and the plan of the study. The preface deals with the history of food and special way of providing food meals (Samats) in the Fatimid and Ayyobid era. The first chapter deals with the topics، the Sultanate Dining-Table of the Ruling Class of the Mamluks، the Development of the Mamluk State، and the Sultanate Dining-Tables and their Types. The second chapter، entitled (Tables of Public and Private Occasions in the Mamluk Era)، includes two sections: The first about، tables of public occasions and contains: Tables for Muslim occasions، and those of the dhimmis (Christians) and (Jews). The second section is about the tables of special occasions، like marriage، birth، Aqeeqah، and circumcision. The third chapter is entitled (Foods in the Mamluk Era) it contains the types of foods، their preparation، places of preparation، eating، and etiquette.
