Abstract : This study aimed to reveal the degree of leadership practices of early childhood teachers in accordance to the Program Administration Scale (PAS) in Jeddah, To fulfil this aim the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach, a questionnaire was also used as a tool of the study, the leadership practices were represented in four fields (Human, personal, technical, and administration), The sample group was composed of 21 principals and (97) teachers in Jeddah-based early childhood school. Findings revealed very high level of leadership practices for early childhood teachers according to (PAS) from the school principals’ perspectives, and a very high level of leadership practices for early childhood teachers according to (PAS) from the teachers’ perspectives. In addition, the findings also pointed out absence of any statistically significant differences in the average scores of leadership practices for early childhood teachers that would be attributable to the variables of (classroom level, years of experience) from the viewpoint of principals, and there are no statistically significant differences in the average scores of leadership practices for early childhood teachers that would be attributable to the variables of (classroom level, academic qualification, and years of experience) from the viewpoint of teachers. Eventually, the study ended up with recommendations to reinforce leadership practices in the (Human, personal, technical, and administration) fields for early childhood teachers by the decision-makers in educational institutions.
