Abstract : The Saudi regulator introduced the so-called small claims and regulated them in several regulations and decisions related to them. This study sought to collect these legal texts and analyze them, to show the objective provisions for them, which are represented by an explanation of their concept, their legal nature, and what distinguishes them from other lawsuits, their types, and substantive principles related to them. Then, I dealt with their procedural provisions represented in the procedures for their consideration before and after filing them to the judiciary, and the implications of issuing their rulings and methods of objection to them, in both the legal pleadings and the commercial courts' laws.
