The study aimed to know the role of supportive leadership in enhancing organizational Trust among workers in non-profit organizations in Jeddah governorate, which are (Namaa Al-Ahlia Association, Zamzam Charity Voluntary Health Services Association, Al-Shuqaiq Association in Jeddah) with its dimensions (empowerment of workers, inspirational impulse, fairness of treatment) among workers in non-profit organizations in Jeddah, revealing the level of organizational Trust they have, and verifying the existence of statistically significant differences in the answers of the study sample about the relationship between supportive leadership and organizational Trust due to personal variables (gender, age, educational qualification, years of experience). This study relied on the (descriptive analytical) approach. The sample of the simple random study was (218) from the study population of (500) workers. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The number of responses was (241), and after examining them, (10) invalid responses were excluded For analysis, which requires that (231) questionnaires have been subjected to statistical analysis. The most prominent results were that there is a role for supportive leadership in enhancing the organizational Trust of workers in non-profit organizations in Jeddah Governorate at the level of statistical significance (0,000).The degree of practicing supportive leadership in non-profit organizations in Jeddah Governorate is very high, with an arithmetic mean of (4.21 out of 5.00) and a relative weight of (84.2%). The level of organizational trust in non-profit organizations in Jeddah Governorate is high, with an arithmetic mean of (4.17 out of 5). 00) and a relative weight of (83.4%). There are also differences in the relationship between supportive leadership and organizational Trust due to the gender variable in favor of the female category, and the academic qualification variable in favor of those with a master's degree. The study recommended continuing to practice leadership support and adopting its dimensions in non-profit organizations. Which makes the work environment cohesive and moving in the right direction to achieve its goals.
