Abstract : This dissertation aims to investigate a part of a manuscript of a Shafi’i Jurisprudence Book called: AlSharh AlSaghir by Al-Rafi from the beginning of the book of Oath and Rebellion to the end of the book Al-Eilaa. This dissertation came in two sections: 1) The study section: in which I mentioned two chapters. The first chapter: It includes the biography of the author of the book Al-Wajeez, and it contains five requirements, and the definition of the book Al-Wajeez, and it has two requirements. The second chapter: It includes the introduction of the author of the book Al-Sharh Al-Saghir, and it contains seven requirements; the definition of the book Al-Sharh Al-Saghir, and it contains six requirements. 2) The investigation section: from the book of oath and rebellion to the end of the book of Al-Eillaa. Then, I concluded the research with technical indexes that make it easier to benefit from the investigation, and by God, success. Keywords: Al-Sharh Al-Saghir - Al-Rafi'i - Shafi'i jurisprudence.
